even "just a massage" is too. all massage is. touching muscle is energy work. I am always neutral and never doing anything to you in session but listening to what and where you want me to be.
the left shoulder and right shoulder needs different touch. based on how we use the arms. Or the upper body wants presence or deep tissue for example before the legs do... or the legs need me there first in session before upper body...
I intuitively feel what when and how that essentially unravels the tangling the electric tissues that is our fascia holds. So from this deep neutral listening and perfect pressure, and tempo, reteaching slow, firm, and safe do naturally our entire system surrender and heal: aka more blood, nerve, and lymph flow into areas that were stagnant.
so we create space for you to fill with yourself again. not doing anything to you, but giving perfect type of touch that rings vibrations that respond to me asking "what do they want from this session" over and over in my feeling sense and your body guides me.

besides normal deep tissue + swedish which I can do - this more focused energy work modality I use is cranial - sacral + polarity. every session I start with 15 minute head, neck , some spine, hip - feet work - which opens up your Positive + negative poles which basically is like opening up you to the source of god or love to flow through you like a river. Washing away what is ready to, and pools where oyur body asks me to stay.
